Customer Success – Associate

We are looking for a customer success associate who will facilitate timely and seamless delivery of ongoing service requests from their portfolio of customers. This role will be complementary to a Customer Success Manager, and will be tagged along with a senior resource from the CSM team.

Requirements

  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned clients’ business practices and operating environment
  • Understand new business requirements from the CSM and create BRDs for the same
  • Implement the designed solutions for clients using product best practices
  • Provide walkthroughs/ trainings for client teams in order to familiarize them with the product and new implementations
  • Perform regular reviews of existing clients’ implementation and identify opportunities for updating configurations or moving clients to latest product features

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support/ account management role
  • Ability to understand and adapt to new technologies and products quickly
  • Good team player and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (internal/ external) to ensure on time submission of deliverables
  • Good project management skills
