HR Internship

We are seeking a HR professional to work closely with the HR Manager to run employee engagement and talent management programs at LeadSquared.

The role will involve a strong understanding of business and the vision, work with multiple stakeholders to establish lean and agile HR systems that really work.

Key Requirements

  • Good understanding of software business, preferably SaaS
  • Energetic, ambitious professional with strong integrity
  • Strong leadership/influential skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data for decision making
  • Keen learner who can sail through ambiguity

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end to end onboarding and exit formalities
  • MIS Management
  • Assist in employee engagement activities
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Regularly meet with employees for discussing any problems or grievances they may have
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
