We are seeking a HR professional to work closely with the HR Manager to run employee engagement and talent management programs at LeadSquared.
The role will involve a strong understanding of business and the vision, work with multiple stakeholders to establish lean and agile HR systems that really work.
- Good understanding of software business, preferably SaaS
- Energetic, ambitious professional with strong integrity

- Responsible for end to end onboarding and exit formalities
- MIS Management
- Assist in employee engagement activities
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Regularly meet with employees for discussing any problems or grievances they may have
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
