Quality Program Manager

The Role

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance professional who will be responsible for driving quality improvement in LeadSquared. 

The position will directly report to Vice President of Engineering. 

The role will involve:

  • Be a single point of contact for all customer facing teams to capture issues and bugs reported by customers. Track all issues to closure by working closely with engineering teams. 
  • Work with respective engineering teams to drive corrective and preventive actions. 
  • Provide RCA and CAPA reports to customers when necessary
  • Track monthly quality metrics and drive their improvement by working closely with various engineering teams. 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, testing and software quality assurance 
  • Experience of working with multiple teams in driving software quality
  • Recent (2+ years) work should include analyzing issues, doing root cause analysis (RCA) and developing prevention plans.
  • Exceptional documentation and presentation skills
  • Experience in working directly with customers for requirements collection, gap analysis and solution implementation. 
  • Good understanding of architecture of cloud-based SaaS apps. 
  • Passionate about maximizing customer experience 
  • Very well-organized and structure-loving individual
