Technical Manager – Portals

Portals –

LeadSquared Portal is a brand-new product whose objective is to enable digital self-service in sales and marketing processes. It is an exciting new project, with a lot of interest from customers and prospects in financial services, education and healthcare sectors.  

The Role 

Delivering a portal for a customer involves requirements analysis, development, customization, QA and release.  We are looking for a seasoned software professional with extensive experience in web portals and applications to lead this team and take full responsibility of Portals to customers.  

The role will involve:  

  • Team building – developers, QA and designers 
  • Establishing and improving processes to deliver high quality portals, quickly 
  • Interface with pre-sales, sales and customer success teams to ensure all priorities are addressed 
  • Work with the platform team to drive the roadmap of Portal Framework with the objective of reducing the ongoing delivery cycles of new portals.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate would be a seasoned software professional delivering wide variety of web portals, applications, ecommerce sites and customer self-service applications. Experience in building cloud native applications on AWS is mandatory.  

  • 8+ full-stack experience in building cloud-based web applications using any of .NET/Java/Python/PHP/Node.js.   
  • Working experience in React framework 
  • Experience in building cloud-native web applications (ideally serverless) on AWS mandatory 
  • Proven experience of project planning, estimation and execution 
  • Experience of managing a small team 
  • Exceptional communication skills with a lot of experience working with customers 
  • Strong knowledge of build and release process 
  • Very organized, highly energetic and strong interpersonal skills.
