LeadSquared now supports a sizeable, multi-centre admissions operation with greater automation and clearer lead context. Outcomes and operating indicators shared across the two customer conversations include:
Founded in late 2018 by IIT Delhi alumnus Yashwardhan Burad and his co-founders, AccioJob works to democratize access to career opportunities and mentorship. What began as a placement-management platform for colleges evolved during the pandemic into an upskilling and placement-assistance institute.
Today, AccioJob offers programs in Full Stack Development, Data Analytics, Data Science, and AI Engineering. Its mentor-led cohorts typically have fewer than 50 learners, with programs running for approximately five to eight months. Alongside its online offering, AccioJob has expanded into offline centres in Noida, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bengaluru. The organization reports approximately 5,000 enrolments annually and around 100 placements each month.
As AccioJob expanded its programs and centre network, its admissions teams needed to manage growing lead volumes without increasing manual coordination. The organization initially used Excel and Zoho CRM but encountered limitations in supporting its education-specific workflows.
AccioJob needed a centralized, scalable system that could route enquiries quickly, prioritize likely applicants and give its teams a shared view of the admissions funnel.
Around four years ago, AccioJob moved to LeadSquared after colleagues with education-technology experience recommended the platform. Compared with its previous setup, LeadSquared was a closer fit for its admissions requirements, and the migration was manageable at the organization’s then-current scale.
As the relationship matured, LeadSquared became closely integrated with AccioJob’s learner platform and analytics workflows. The platform now supports approximately 55 users across its centres and Gurgaon headquarters.
AccioJob receives approximately 75,000 new registrations each month, of which around 20,000–25,000 qualified leads are worked by counsellors. LeadSquared brings these enquiries into a structured admissions process, giving teams a central system for lead records, engagement history and follow-up.
Approximately 95% of lead creation and allotment is automated. LeadSquared routes enquiries according to criteria such as geography and preferred language—for example, Tamil-speaking prospects can be assigned to Chennai counsellors. This supports coordination across geographically distributed teams while reducing the manual effort required to allocate enquiries.
Activity from AccioJob’s learner platform—including participation in free hiring drives, practice tests and assignments—is passed into LeadSquared. Counsellors can review that history before reaching out, giving them a more complete understanding of each prospect’s interests and engagement.
Automations developed over the past one to two years support AccioJob’s goal of making first contact as soon as possible. The mobile app also helps field counsellors access lead information while on the move.
AccioJob uses weighted lead scoring based on demographics and engagement signals to help its teams prioritize promising enquiries and understand higher-converting channels. LeadSquared data also feeds an internal analytics database, where the team studies lead dispositions, time to decision and competitor signals to refine its admissions approach.
As AccioJob continues to refine its admissions operations, the team is interested in emerging AI-powered analysis capabilities that could make its data more actionable. With LeadSquared deeply connected to its workflows, the priority is to build on a stable, automated foundation while continuing to improve response times, counsellor effectiveness and insight into the learner journey.
The founder also highlighted the platform’s reliability over roughly four years of use, with very few outages, and proactive communication from the account manager when issues arose.
