  • Senior UX Designer

    We are looking for a User Experience Designer who can understand the business goals and customer needs, and design wireframes and prototypes for new features and improvements in LeadSquared.
    The role involves user research, design and delivery of user stories, wireframes and mock-ups necessary to define a new feature, how the feature can add value to users, and what is the most intuitive experience to the end-users.
    The UX designer will then work closely with the engineering team and guide them to build the features with the envisioned experience.
    Requirements:
    • Three or more years of experience in designing UX of B2B software applications
    • Ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
    • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to engineering team.
    • Ability to lead without authority and take full ownership of product features.
    • Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Human Computer Interaction or Design from a reputed institute.

  • Customer Success Engineer – Mumbai
