This connector integrates SparkTG’s Contact Center solution with LeadSquared. Spark TG is a Cloud based Unified Contact Center Solution provider in India which helps in tracking inbound and outbound calls.
Features
1. Prevents lead leakage by tracking phone calls as leads and activities.
2. Ability to make outbound calls (click to call) and automatically track the call in Lead Activity History.
3. Access call recordings of inbound and outbound calls.
4. Displays lead information pop-up to LeadSquared users when an incoming call is received or an outgoing call is placed.
