We recently had a conversation with Ujjwal Singh, Founding CEO, Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya on how they use LeadSquared across the organization. He shared how they started their journey with LeadSquared, the impact it created, and the way forward.
Ujjwal Singh, Founding CEO, Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya, brings over 25 years of business experience in education and hence was keen on using technology to bring in more efficiency across teams. The team had used different CRM technologies before, but one of the product heads at the company, introduced LeadSquared.
The first phase of implementation happened with the test preparation vertical of the business. Now various teams use it to track performance, manage payments, run automation, and identify breaks in the flows through the student’s journey.
Team managers get an end-to-end view of how the team performs, identify non-performing campaigns, and course correct based on data.
Since all the verticals are using LeadSquared, it has become the tool for all processes across the board. Right from sales, to finance, to marketing—all teams used LeadSquared to manage and track performance.
Over the past two and a half years, the product has been introduced across different verticals—foundation courses, skilling, etc.
For the management, it is important to track what is working and what is not.
