About Seed Global Education

Seed Global Education is a London-headquartered company in the education services space. They help universities market their programs and build partner relationships in Asia, Africa, and Middle East. Prominent universities like New York University, George Washington University, Nanyang Business School, and INSEAD have collaborated with Seed Global Education to create their digital footprint with webinars and student interactions.  

But for a database of over 40,000 students, Seed needed an extremely focused outreach process that would help these universities attract competitive students. Storing all the data on Excel sheets, manual interactions, and a lack of targeted marketing activities slowed them down. The challenges that they faced included:

Each webinar had thousands of registrants. Collecting student information, initiating conversations, and tracking their intent couldn’t be done manually.
