Jyothirlatha is the Chief Technology Officer at Godrej Housing Finance where she leads the development of a customer-first technology platform. With an experience of almost three decades in technology, she has spent close to a decade each in ICICI Bank and TCS in various roles.
In her earlier stints, she led the technology department at Vodafone-mPesa and was the Chief Technology Officer of Dewan Housing Finance Limited. She holds a Master’s in Engineering from VJTI Mumbai.

Ram Naresh Sunku is the Chief Business Officer at Aavas Financiers Ltd. With his strong distribution and P&L Management background, Ram has set up the rural distribution model and a multi-channel presence for Aavas including digital acquisition in the affordable space. Prior to Aavas, he has successfully built the Mortgages business in the affluent segment at Bajaj Finance Ltd.
His professional experience of 26 years spans across FMCG & Mortgages with reputed brands such as Nestle India, ICICI Bank, GE Money, and Bajaj Finance. Ram holds an MBA degree from Sri Krishnadevaraya University (AP) and is pursuing Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
