About Stallions

Stallions takes a PropTech-infused approach to Real Estate Marketing, Sales, and Finance. Their business implements cutting-edge technologies like Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, in Real Estate.

Founded in 2017 and based in Mumbai, Stallions is a tech-driven company with over 100 employees, 3000 units sold, and a Sales Value of over 1200Cr. Their CEO and Founder, Pratik Jain, is a PropTech enthusiast who felt the Real Estate industry lacked in powerful marketing and sales strategies. Thus, Stallions was born, and they have helped several big-name developers like Ekta world, Sunteck, Cosmos group, Shripal, Vinay Unique, Bachraj, Crystal Developers, and many more to sell their properties faster.

Situation Overview

It’s the inherent nature of the Real Estate Industry to have a large sales pipeline. Calling leads and then converting to sales just doesn’t work here. It’s essential to organize site visits, manage different departments, involve in opportunity management, and more. All these are steps that are taken before disbursement, and without a CRM, it was becoming a tedious process.

Stallions had tried several CRMs before, and they had initially faced a massive challenge with most of them. They all involved a modification of their sales pipeline to accommodate the software’s capabilities. Instead, they wished for a CRM that could adapt to their process. Real-estate focused CRMs did not offer much room for experimentation, and other generic CRMs offered very rigid structures for the real estate sector.

Real-estate specific software focuses on the developers and their needs. They aren’t very helpful for us who needed something to create a good sales pipeline. We required something to help manage leads, sales, and customers, and by far LeadSquared has been the best in this domain.

1. Lack of Opportunity Management

Multiple opportunities were being managed on one platform, and operations were getting mixed up, leading to a lot of confusion.

2. Insufficient Reporting Features

CRMs that they used before had reports but had limited metrics and were quite rigid.

3. Lead Leakage

Lead capture was an issue, and they were looking to remove manual intervention in the capturing stage. Several leads were leaking as well.

4. No Flexibility from Other Platforms

Other CRMs that were real-estate focused, had no room for customization. The software was not tailor-made for their processes.

Formerly, the biggest challenge for Stallions was identifying if a lead would rather be interested in another property, and if so, reallocating resources to manage the lead. It would get very messy in the system when the leads are listed on multiple properties without being accounted for. Now, with LeadSquared, that issue is easily resolved through Opportunity Management.
If a lead has been assigned to more than one property, it is automatically recorded in the database Multiple teams can contact the same client, and it is then up to the client to make the decision most favourable to them.

99acres, magicbricks, Facebook, Google, online portals, inbound platforms, social media, landing pages, SMS, it does not matter. The leads are captured and stored in a unified database, accessible by all users. LeadSquared’s Integrations and API features have made it quite simple to connect any third-party application and collect leads. Earlier, there was time wasted in porting data from one database to another, sorting them and organizing them. Now, calls are being made in real time.

Employees can sit back and allow the system to work thanks to automation. A lead fills out their details in the self-service forms available on the landing page, and then is automatically added to the system. They can be contacted directly from there through drip campaigns, nurturing tools, and WhatsApp communications. Once they’re identified as a potential fit, they are automatically tagged as prospects for the telecallers to speak with. Then, site visits can be arranged.

Each client journey requires about 10-15 checkpoints, such as: site visits, on-field orientation, deal closed, loan sanctioned, documents obtained, payment collection and finally disbursement. With these many stages to track, automated workflows allow for the mundane work to take place in the background.

Automations, integrations, and reports have helped Stallions scale their business up to a sales value of 1200Cr, and this number will only continue to increase as they automatically capture more leads, and efficiently close more deals.
