He has been a part of various management committees and strategic advisor to multiple organizations. Over the past three decades, he has been instrumental in conceptualizing, managing, and developing the business for various organizations. Along with professionals with the same vision, he founded LetzDream4U Consultants (P) Ltd., a Skill Connect Start-up, to help students search for success.


Anmol Mittal
VP – Sales & Ops, Cuemath

Anmol is a curious individual with a strong business sense and with high spirits, paving the way upwards early in the Edutech. He has been leading International expansion for Cuemath since its inception and greatly helped Cuemath switch to be a completely online education company post-covid. He managed to scale Sales and Ops team 20x to reach 300+ sales team today. Anmol has been driving the P&L for multiple geographies and is owning a 24M ARR revenue segment for the company. He is an engineer by qualification and almost 4 years into sales professional career.


Deepak Singhka
VP – Business, UpGrad

Deepak is an articulate communicator with exceptional mentoring skills in transforming teams into a high-caliber workforce. He is experienced in broadening market penetration, defining KPI’s to attain various major breakthroughs in a highly competitive market. Deepak has managed to amplify revenue to a multifold annual run rate in FY21 and scale up the team size from 300 people to 1000+ in one year at upGrad. Prior to working at upGrad, he led revenue accountability of 400 Cr by establishing and operating the business venture as a Profit-Centre Head at Think and Learn Pvt. Ltd. (BYJU’S).  


Gunjan Lalchandani
Head, Strategy & Growth, Hero Vired

With over 15 years of industry experience, Gunjan has strategy consulting experience across sectors and experience working in senior leadership roles across noted startups including Zomato. Her own entrepreneurial experience includes launching a learning app targeted towards test prep aspirants. She loves building and growing businesses from scratch and is a passionate educationalist. She is an engineer from NSIT and has an MBA from FMS.


Digvijay Gagneja
COO, Leverage Edu

Digvijay is the Chief Operating Officer at LeverageEdu, a Study Abroad Ed-Tech platform enabling international student mobility to global universities. Digvijay is passionate about democratizing access to college for Indians by giving dispassionate and student-first advice using AI. Digvijay has led a 10x growth at Leverage Edu through an effective mix of product, technology and people enablers. In his past life, Digvijay has been an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, wherein he led multiple strategy engagements consulting CXOs across Fortune 500 companies. Digvijay also has experience as a venture capital investor at Matrix Partners. He is an engineer from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from Indian School of Business.
