LeadSquared provides a connector to integrate Teleforce within your LeadSquared Account. With this connector, interactions over Teleforce can be captured as activities and leads in LeadSquared.
1. Prevents lead leakage by tracking phone calls as leads and activities.
2. Ability to make outbound calls (click to call) and automatically track the calls in Lead Activity History.
3. Access call recordings of inbound and outbound calls.
4. Route incoming calls from existing leads to respective lead owners.
5. Displays lead information pop-up to LeadSquared users when an incoming call is received.
