About Keystone Universe of Education 

Keystone Universe of Education is the largest coaching center in Ahmedabad catering to students from 6th to 12th standard. Their key focus area lies not only in academics but overall development of the child. They offer multiple courses around academics, extra-curricular, and competitive exam prep. 

The team was previously using a CRM and was looking to change as the platform wasn’t user-friendly. After coming across LeadSquared’s easy-to-use platform, they immediately decided to make the switch. 

Challenges Faced With Meritto (formerly NoPaperForms)

As mentioned earlier, the team didn’t find Meritto’s interface user-friendly. But that was not the only reason to switch. Opportunity management was one of the biggest challenges they faced.

1. Mapping multiple course opportunities to the same student

If a student enquired about one course and was also interested in another course, it wasn’t possible to map both course interests in the same activity history.

The reporting structure in Keystone’s previous CRM was not user-friendly. It only provided quantitative insights and there were no qualitative metrics that the team required.

3. Inability to forecast trends

With an extensive reporting structure missing, the team couldn’t plan their next academic session or take corrective actions in due time. The processes and conversations were still all over to place and didn’t allow the management to plan their courses in advance.

4. High dependency on external technical support

The team relied on Meritto’s tech support to make changes in the workflows or business logic. Although the turnaround time wasn’t that long, but the lack of flexibility and difficulty in implementing customizations slowed the team down.
