Another great feature of this CRM is that it is highly customizable, and the company caters to each client’s specific use cases. As Rohit, the Co-Founder of an education management company, put in his review on G2, LeadSquared “caters to our specific needs and solves the problems faced by our Telecalling team, Customer Support team, Business Development team and the Marketing team.”

This CRM is fairly priced for the number of features that it provides. Unlike Meritto, which charges per application, LeadSquared has just a one-time payment. You can check out their pricing page or refer to the structure below.

  • Lite – $25 per user/month
  • Pro – $50 per user/month
  • Super – $100 per user/month

One of the common concerns with the CRM platform is that sometimes it can prove to be a little slow to use, as Gautam pointed out in his reviews.

However, with the company offering great customer service and still being young, we expect that this issues will be resolved soon.

Overall, this is the perfect CRM for your education business if you are looking for a dynamic, easy-to-implement, and scalable solution. With its excellent customer service and unique approach, LeadSquared has also attracted investors like Mr. Jyoti Bansal to invest in their business.

Although each feature is very extensive, one of the aspects that this CRM needs to work on is improving the number of features. As a user wrote in their reviews, “Many features are still missing, like certificate verification and other stuff.”

Another improvement that the CRM needs to make is simplifying its software. Some of the reviewers resonated with Randall’s feedback, who wrote that Wisenet is “A promising piece of software that has great power and flexibility but needs some simplification.”

Overall, this is a really good education CRM to invest in, especially if you aren’t bothered by fewer, limited features and you want excellent customer support and in-depth tools.

Slate Dashboard

What makes Slate a good alternative to Meritto/NoPaperForms?

This CRM has been rated an average of 4.4 on the three review websites. One of the things that boosts their rating is the fact that it has a one-size-fits-all approach for higher ed. As a reviewer pointed out on G2, Slate is a “Malleable, multi-purpose CRM geared toward higher ed institutions.”

Another great thing about the CRM, as pointed out by a lot of reviewers, is the great system integrations and the ease of use and management for enrollment users.

This CRM has licensing ranging from $30,000 per year to around $50,000 per year. Although there aren’t any specific structures mentioned, you can check out their pricing page for more information.

One of the things this CRM needs to improve on is its customer service. As one individual put on G2, Slate’s support is “weak to non-existent.”

Apart from the fact that the CRM is focused only at higher-ed institutions, another not-so-great feature of the CRM, as pointed out by many reviewers, is that the application isn’t customizable enough.

If you are a traditional higher-ed institution that is willing to change its processes to better fit a hard-shaped CRM, then this is a good choice for you!

What makes SchoolAdmin a good alternative to Meritto/NoPaperForms?

Although it has only a few reviews to date, this CRM has garnered a high 4.7 rating on average on G2 and Capterra, with few below average ratings on the two sites.

One of the best features of the CRM is the fact that it is extremely user-friendly. As one customer put it on G2, even though they were new to school administration, they “appreciate how easy School Admin has been to learn.”

One of the biggest disadvantages of this CRM is the fact that it lacks integration APIs. As one reviewer put it on Capterra, “Though it is the “Cadillac” of admissions systems that I’ve seen, it doesn’t have much in the way of integration downstream with your Student Information System, etc.”

Another drawback of SchoolAdmin is the lack of a couple of essential features which might be useful to your business. Although it is “very helpful, it still needs improving,” as reviewed on G2.

If integrations are not on your list of priorities for an educational CRM, then this software is a solid choice for your business.

5. One of the biggest disadvantages of the CRM is the fact that it is very difficult to learn and has a tremendously long implementation period. Not to mention that the cloud application also gives you limited control.
